These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) represent a formal, legally binding commercial agreement between your business entity and Aerolith Pneumatics Services Private Limited (widely referred to as AP Compressors and Aerolith Machinery).

By engaging our engineering consultation, submitting purchase orders, issuing payment against proforma invoices, or using our website aerolithmachinery.com, you explicitly agree to adhere to these operating terms.

• Currency: Commercial offers are generated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Direct import orders may specify foreign currencies as approved under Nepal Rastra Bank regulations.
• Validity: Standard written quotations remain valid for 15 to 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
• Statutory Taxes: Invoices are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and statutory government levies as required by the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal.

We coordinate prompt dispatch and freight delivery across all industrial corridors of Nepal:

• Dispatch Schedule: Readily available compressors and maintenance kits are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Factory Unloading: Offloading and crane/forklift positioning at the plant floor is the responsibility of the client, unless turnkey offloading was explicitly contracted.
• Transit Inspection: Clients must inspect packaging upon arrival. Any transit damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

To ensure the rated CFM output, energy efficiency, and warranty protection:

• Client Site Readiness: The factory must provide a clean, well-ventilated compressor room, a sturdy concrete base, stable 3-phase power, circuit breakers, and pneumatic line inlets.
• Engineer Commissioning: An authorized AP Compressors engineer conducts initial startup, oil level checks, motor rotation confirmation, and PLC parameter configuration.

All brand-new air compressors include our manufacturer warranty against defects:

• Air-End Warranty: Screw compressors carry a standard 1 to 2-year warranty on the air-end assembly.
• Mandatory Maintenance Conditions: Routine 2,000-hour and 4,000-hour services must utilize genuine AP Compressors oil filters, air filters, air-oil separators, and synthetic compressor lubricants.
• Exclusions: Consumable items (belts, seals, cartridges), damages from severe electrical voltage imbalances, single-phasing, floods, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

We offer structured Labour-Only and Comprehensive AMC contracts designed to minimize plant downtime:

• Scheduled preventive check-ups include valve inspection, belt tensioning, cooler cleaning, and vibration checks.
• AMC clients receive prioritized dispatch for emergency breakdown service calls across Nepal.

All original photography, machine images, equipment diagrams, logos, and technical text published on aerolithmachinery.com are the proprietary intellectual property of Aerolith Pneumatics Services Private Limited.

Aerolith Pneumatics Services Private Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from production loss or factory downtime caused by unapproved machine modifications, power grid fluctuations, or force majeure events.

Governing Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the statutory laws of Nepal. Any commercial disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rupandehi District, Nepal.
