Site Survey
We visit your facility to review floor space, ventilation, electrical supply, drainage, and access before confirming the installation plan.
Foundation & Placement
Compressor placement is planned for vibration isolation, service clearance, and airflow, with foundation pads or anti-vibration mounts fitted as required.
Piping & Connections
Discharge pipework, after-cooler lines, dryer and filter connections, and condensate drain lines installed and pressure tested to operating pressure.
Electrical & Controls
Motor starter, control panel wiring, pressure switches, and safety trips wired, checked, and verified against the equipment wiring diagram.
Commissioning & Handover
Trial run under load, pressure and temperature verification, oil separator check, and written handover report with service schedule.
