Air Dryer & Line Filter Solutions

Dry, clean compressed air — refrigerated dryers, desiccant dryers, and line filters across Nepal
Untreated compressed air carries moisture, compressor oil, and particulates that cause corrosion in pipelines, damage pneumatic tools and valves, contaminate products, and trigger premature equipment failure. AP Compressors supplies and installs refrigerated air dryers, desiccant dryers, coalescing filters, particulate filters, and activated carbon filters for industrial plants across Nepal, matched to your air quality requirement and production process.
- Refrigerated dryers delivering pressure dew points of +3°C to +7°C for standard industrial applications
- Desiccant dryers for applications requiring very low dew points, down to –40°C or below
- Coalescing filters removing oil aerosols and particulates to ISO 8573 Class 1 or 2 levels
24/7 emergency response & trained compressor service technicians in Nepal

Frequently
Asked Questions

Reach out to our teamYes. A filter removes particulates and liquid droplets already present in the air stream but cannot remove water vapour. A refrigerated or desiccant dryer is needed to reduce the dew point and prevent condensation forming downstream of the filter, especially in cool pipelines or at pneumatic tools.
A refrigerated dryer cools the compressed air to around 3°C, causing moisture to condense and drain away. It is cost-effective for most industrial applications. A desiccant dryer passes air through an absorbent material to achieve much lower dew points (–40°C or lower) required for instrument air, painting, or sensitive process applications.
Filter selection depends on your required air quality class per ISO 8573. General pneumatic tools typically need a particulate and coalescing filter. Paint, food, and pharmaceutical applications require additional oil vapour removal via activated carbon filters. We can help you define the right combination for your process.
Yes. We can size and supply dryers and filter trains for compressors from any manufacturer as long as we know the rated flow, operating pressure, and inlet conditions. Contact us with the compressor model details.
